YO! Sushi, the uber-cool iconic Japanese restaurant chain is based on the concept of a “kaiten” (conveyor belt) sushi bar from which customers can help themselves to colour-coded dishes (priced between £1.70 and £5.00) and order their drinks via airline-style call buttons, with all empties simply counted at the end of the meal for the bill!
With over 90 Japanese inspired dishes, of which 35% are hot or cooked dishes and 25% vegetarian, you can choose from traditional sushi classics like sashimi, rolls, maki and nigiri, as well as delicious hot classics (such as Chicken Katsu Curry, Salmon Teriyaki and Vegetable Yakisoba), salads, hand rolls, tempura and desserts.
